It was 2019 when Webster First Federal Credit Union was named Best Credit Union of Central Mass for the first time. Now, in 2023, we had the honor of receiving the Best Credit Union award for the fifth consecutive year!

Worcester’s Telegram & Gazette runs Best of Central Mass (rebranded this year as The Official Community’s Choice Awards). All votes are submitted by locals who live in the communities we service. There are categories such as financial services, food services, education, childcare, and pet care, just to name a few. We have our members to thank for helping us achieve this honor – again!
VP John Thomasian was there when Webster First’s name was called as the winner. He is proud of all credit union employees for their hard work and dedication to great customer service. Without our team excelling at meeting members’ needs, we couldn’t have achieved this.
