Dear Webster First Federal Credit Union Members,

As we begin this new year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on last year’s accomplishments. It gives me great pleasure to share that collectively, we have had a truly outstanding year filled with achievements, growth, and continued success. Together we have faced uncertainties and opportunities. Each obstacle has made us stronger and the credit union’s balance sheet reflects this.

Your loyalty and support allow us to remain the top credit union in our area. In November, we were awarded Best Credit Union of Central Mass at The Official Community’s Choice Awards for the fifth consecutive year. All thanks to your votes. We were also fortunate to be rated 5-stars by Bauer due to our strong financial security.

We heard your comments from our annual membership survey, and in 2023 we upgraded our entire fleet of ATMs to better serve you. Additionally, we improved our debit cash back rewards program to include more of the brand names you know and love.

This year, we aim to continue making improvements as we strive to uphold the excellent member service we have become known for. Your feedback is an important catalyst that helps steer Webster First in the right direction.

As we look ahead to 2024, I am enthusiastic and optimistic for what this year will bring. I am overcome with gratitude by your continued trust in our financial institution. Rest assured that our knowledgeable staff will always be there to assist with your financial needs. When you leave your money in our hands, it is safe.

On behalf of the entire Webster First team, we wish you and your families a happy and healthy year.

With Warmest Regards,

Michael N. Lussier
President/CEO
