Know what documents you’ll need
When you apply for a real estate loan at Webster First, we’ll need to collect additional documentation in addition to your actual application. Our team has put together a list of the documents we’ll need to process your request so you can begin collecting the documents that apply to you. Please note that additional documentation may be requested depending on your financial situation. We’ve included a downloadable PDF version of this list for easy reference.
