Worcester, MA – 11/24/2025 – Webster First is proud to announce the promotion of Erin Jansky to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Since joining the team in October of last year, Erin has been instrumental in driving key initiatives that support the company’s growth and enhance its internal culture as the Director of HR.
Working closely with senior leadership, Erin has helped foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. In her previous role, she successfully led her team in revitalizing employee benefits and services. A major achievement under her leadership was the implementation of a new HR administrative system designed to streamline and improve reporting efficiencies across the organization. Her commitment to elevating the employee experience has already made a significant impact.

Erin brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Before joining Webster First, she served as the Chief Employee Experience Officer at the Worcester Housing Authority for eight years. Her background also includes nine years as a Senior Compliance Specialist and Paralegal. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and actively serves on several local boards throughout Worcester County.
