At Webster First Federal Credit Union, we’re always looking for ways to make your banking experience simpler, smarter, and more secure. That’s why we’re thrilled to share the details of our upcoming digital banking upgrade. With new features, improved navigation, and enhanced customization options, this upgrade represents a significant step forward in making your financial management even more convenient.
Here’s what you can expect to see in online banking with the enhanced experience.
What’s new in Digital Banking?
To build on the services you already love, our upgraded platform introduces a suite of improved features. These updates focus on providing you with a more personalized, modern, and seamless experience.
1. Customizable account views
We know everyone prefers to manage their finances differently, and our new customizable account views give you the freedom to set things up just the way you like. You’ll be able to:
- Prioritize your most-used accounts: Keep your checking or savings front and center for quick and easy access.
- Rename accounts to reflect your goals: Label your accounts to stay better organized—such as “Vacation Fund” or “Emergency Savings.”
- Group accounts by type or purpose: See your finances just how you want, whether by account type, household member, or business.
This flexibility ensures your accounts display in a way that feels intuitive and tailored to your needs.
2. Modern design aesthetics
Navigating your finances should feel as simple as scrolling your favorite app. This new design prioritizes sleek, streamlined visuals. Sophisticated yet clean layouts make important account information clear and easy to spot on the new My Accounts section of the home page. Action buttons like statements, pay loan, or transfers are displayed right on the account tile.
Click the Due Date/Past Due notification to access a page with more detailed information about the account. For users on web browsers, hovering over these areas will also display additional details.
3. Simplified menu navigation
Easy to access Quick Actions guide you seamlessly, without extra hassle or digging through menu options. Most used features like Move Money, Card Manager, and Alerts are one click away.
Your time is valuable, and our refreshed interface ensures you enjoy a smoother, more efficient experience every time you log in.
4. Enhanced transaction history
Finding that one transaction from months ago just got easier. Our upgraded transaction filtering allows you to search your transaction history with precision. Filter by date, amount, or description (alphabetical). Check and deposit slip images are also one click away from the associated transaction.
Need to switch to the transaction history of your other account? This too is one click away using the “Switch Account” button on desktop or the Accounts dropdown on mobile. Whether you’re reviewing your spending habits or reconciling your budget, pinpointing specific details will now be a seamless process.
Existing features you’ll still love
Our digital banking upgrade wouldn’t be complete without carrying over the tools and features members rely on daily. Rest assured, the following member-favorite functionalities will still be here to make managing your finances effortless.
Card Management
Lost your debit card? No problem. Our card management tools allow you to:
- Instantly lock and unlock your card.
- Set up card usage alerts for added peace of mind.
- Set up spending limits so you don’t go over budget.
Account balance alerts
Keep tabs on your accounts with alerts custom-fit to your needs, such as:
- Low balance notifications, so you avoid overdrafts.
- Weekly snapshots of your balances delivered straight to your email or phone.
- Large withdrawals and large deposits.
These alerts are simple to set up and invaluable when it comes to staying on top of your finances.
Shopping rewards
Enjoy exclusive savings through our Cash Back Rewards program while doing the things you love. Earn points or deals with participating retailers and turn everyday purchases into added value.
