Lock your money into a set rate with a certificate, currently available in terms from 3 – 60 months.

Save for Retirement

I want to save for retirement with an account that has no annual fee.

Save for retirement with an IRA Certificate. We offer Traditional, ROTH, and Spousal IRAs.

Requirements to open

To open an account at Webster First, you must live, work, worship, or attend school in Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, or Worcester County (or already be a current Webster First member.)
The minimum balance to open varies by account:
- Primary Share: $5
- All Purpose Club: $1
- Money Market: $1,000
- Certificates: $500 – $1,000 depending upon term selected
- IRAs: $100
IRAs must be opened at a branch.
