Getting started: First-time login
Follow these steps to get set up and logged in for the first time:
Receive your login credentials
After you enroll, you’ll receive two emails: the first contains your temporary username, the second contains your temporary password.
Login, accept Terms and Conditions, and authenticate your identity
Authenticate your identity with a 6-digit code that you will receive by phone.
Create username and password
Change your temporary username and password by following the prompts on the screen.
Enable text alerts and register for eStatements
Although optional, we recommend signing up for text alerts under My Settings and registering for eStatements under Additional Services>Online Statements>Delivery Preferences.
Tip: Download the Webster First Federal Credit Union app from your phone’s app store for the best mobile experience. Some features work best (or only) through the app.
Security Tip: For extra protection, consider installing Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your mobile device to help with secure logins.
