211386597
Where do I find surcharge-free ATMs?
You can find ATMs using the map on our Branches & ATMs page.
How can I find my member number? Is it the same as my account number?
Your member number is the unique identifier that bundles all of your accounts under one number. For example, your checking, savings, and investment accounts may all share the same member number. You’ll find it listed at the top of your printed statements or eStatements (sometimes labeled as “Account Number”).
Each account under your member number also has its own unique account number, often containing your member number as part of it. Here’s how to find your account number:
- Online banking: Navigate to the account, then click “Account Details.”
- Mobile app: Tap the account, then tap “Details.”
- Checks: Refer to the diagram below for guidance.

How do I order checks?
If you opted to get checks at account opening, you should have received your first book free. If not, please reach out to us at (800) 962-4452.
If you’re looking to re-order checks, you can do so in a few easy ways. Visit a branch, use the mail order form included in your current box of checks, or place your order online.
When ordering online, be sure to have your check reordering slip on hand. Simply log in to Harland Clarke’s secure check reordering website by clicking here and enter your Order Identification Number along with your Check Number, both of which can be found on your reordering slip.
How long will it take to get my debit card?
If shipped to you, it can take 7-10 business days for your debit card to arrive. We also have several branch locations with card printing available on-site.
How do I pay my loan?
There are several ways to pay a loan at Webster First. You can do so by mailing a check, making a transfer in online/mobile banking, or dropping off your funds in-branch. Please visit our Pay My Loan page for more information.
