We’re excited to introduce our brand new website. We’ve redesigned everything from the ground up for a better experience.
What is changing on our new website
The experience you have when visiting websterfirst.com will change. You’ll notice more a intuitive navigation, faster load times, and an improved experience. The new websterfirst.com is fully compatible with mobile devices, and better equipped to meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards, so all of our members can easily find the information they need.
To best serve you, we are providing an extended preview of the new site while still maintaining our current website. For the next several weeks, you will be able to visit this new site and become familiar with it. Later in December, we will retire the current website and fully switch to the new one.
Online banking and our mobile app
You may recall that on August 12, we changed the url for online banking in preparation for our new website. Putting online banking onto a separate url from our website offers increased promotion from unexpected outages. Besides this change, which already took place this past summer, there are no changes to online banking or our mobile app.
How you log in to your account, what it looks like after you log in, and the navigation within your accounts will remain unchanged.
